BTFL Cody – Surfskate 31.5″

Skateboard, longboard or surfskate? Why not just all in one? Cody offers many possibilities to move forward. Originally designed as a surfskate the shape of it’s deck makes it also usable for skateparks, pools and bowls. Thanks to the wide nose and tail you can easily do ollies with it or get back into the right position after 180 slides. The strong concave prevents your feet from slipping away while doing tight turns. The trucks can be tightened easily to give the ride more stability. Cody is the ideal companion for everyone who is up to surfskating as well as skateboarding.

While surfskating the rider moves forward just by pumping the board. This is made possible by the front trucks construction. Due to the steep steering angle the board can be turned much more than a regular longboard. In combination with the right body movement the board can be pumped forward without taking a foot down. Surfskates are used especially by surfers because the riding style comes very close to surfing. That’s why surfskates are the perfect surftrainer if there’s no possibility to train in water. Surfskates are also suitable for beginners without surf experience.
