Guarantees: Mail or call in case of manufacturing defects (no accidental damage) I will arrange for repair or replacement.

Payment: Via bank transfer or cash. Via paypal is possible but additional costs are then 3.5% of the total amount, e-mail before the order.

Delivery: Will depend on each product. Mail for more info. Generally 1 to 5 working days. Shipping costs within the Netherlands up to 1 metre is 7.50 euro (registered/insured up to 500 euro), to Belgium 15 euro. Costs for sending surfboards and longboards on request.

Returning: You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the shop are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.
